Under general supervision of the Director of Advancement, the position Gift Processing Manager will provide oversight for all facets of gift processing and related stewardship functions on the Advancement Team in Development Services. Works with the Fundraising and Data Systems Administrator and the Director of Annual Giving and Donor Stewardship Programs on projects related to fundraising and stewarding gifts with exemplary internally and externally focused customer service. Serves as a Liaison to the UC ANR Business Office Center, UC Davis Accounting, and the California 4-H Foundation through each step of the process to ensure the timely and accurate management of gifts and proper communication with donors and internal ANR stakeholders. Identifies, analyzes, creates and documents new processes to eliminate inefficiencies and streamline existing processes in order to better serve key stakeholders.

Provides responsive customer service to answer questions, resolve issues and provide support for county offices, RECs, statewide programs as well as donor inquiries. Plays a key role in donor and stakeholder communication through email, print and web content.
