The main focus of the position is to provide administrative support to the Capitol Corridor Multi-County Partnership (Sacramento, Yolo and Solano), with additional support for the 4-H Youth Development Programs. Administrative services are provided by a centralized support staff unit. Services provided include receiving and processing information, creating spreadsheets, compiling and manipulating data, creating and compiling reports and handouts, creating correspondence, formatting newsletters and reports, coordinating work flow, and working with clientele. This position will also handle website and media support, answer general phone lines and emails, and provide general program assistance.
This position is a career appointment that is 100% fixed.
Pay Scale: $22.63/hr. to $27.44/hr.
This position will promote, in all ways consistent with the other responsibilities of the position, accomplishment of the Affirmative Action goals established by the Division.
