Under the general direction of the CalFresh Healthy Living (CFHL) UC Program Regional Manager, the Community Education Supervisor 2 is responsible for overseeing the design, delivery, management, and evaluation of the Santa Clara County CFHL, UCCE Program for low income adults and youth. This position is primarily located in Santa Clara County and provides fiscal and program oversight to San Mateo-San Francisco as needed.

This includes supervising, training and guiding nutrition education extenders, developing and implementing a yearly work plan, developing and overseeing yearly budgets, evaluating work plan objectives, and writing reports.  This person will also coordinate efforts and serve as a liaison with other agencies providing related services, build and maintain formal and informal coalitions of partners, tailor special nutrition education projects, and maintain subject matter competence.

This position is a career appointment that is 100% fixed.

Pay Scale: $64,600.00/year to $88,800.00/year

This position will promote, in all ways consistent with the other responsibilities of the position, accomplishment of the Affirmative Action goals established by the Division.
